The C3 single door panel is the controller behind one access controlled door. Your reader presents a credential, the panel checks it against who is allowed through that door at that time, and releases the lock or does not. It handles one door, which makes it the right size for a server room, a stock room, a records office or the front door of a small unit, without paying for capacity you will not use.

What you will need
A panel controls the door but does not read anyone in. Add a reader for the entry side, either an RFID reader for card and fob, or a Bioface Reader for contactless face and palm. Then a lock such as a mag lock, a push to exit and break glass for the secure side, a power supply, and cards or fobs for your staff.
C3 or Inbio?
Both ranges come in one, two and four door versions and do the same core job. The difference is biometrics: Inbio panels accept fingerprint templates from the fingerprint reader over RS485, where C3 works with card and fob readers. If nobody on site is clocking or entering by fingerprint, C3 is the cheaper and simpler choice.
