Software downloads

Important: make sure you download the correct parent version (the first two numbers, for example 7.6). A wrong major upgrade can cause communication issues. On a new PC, install the Full Install Set first, then apply the correct parent version patch afterwards. See the how to install Realtime guide, or raise a support request if you hit problems.

Note: the Sage link update only works when Realtime is licensed for the Sage link module. Downloading the wrong Sage link version will cause the payroll upload to fail. Raise a support request if you are unsure which to use.
