Realtime HR
The HR module for Realtime, our installed workforce system. It keeps employee records, documents, training and reviews on the same employee record as clocking and absence, with alerts before anything lapses and reports managers can run for their own team.
What Realtime HR covers
Employee records
Contracts, right to work documents, appraisals, training and disciplinary records stored against each employee, next to their hours and absence.
Alerts before the deadline
Contract renewals, probation end dates, right to work expiry and return to work interviews flagged in advance, so nothing lapses unnoticed.
Training records
Who holds which qualification and when it runs out, with a warning before it lapses. Offsite training time can be recorded in the timesheet.
HR and absence reporting
Headcount, turnover, sickness patterns, Bradford Factor scores and absence by department. Build a report once and run it whenever you need it, and line managers can run their own team’s figures.
Employee self-service
Self-service for staff runs through the Realtime employee web portal.
Expenses, if you need them
Realtime has an expenses module with mileage entry and an approval trail on the employee record. It does not import credit card transactions.
Into payroll
Hours and absence export in the layout your payroll expects, for Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, BrightPay, IRIS, ADP and Pegasus. Realtime can also link directly to every version of Sage Payroll as an optional Sage Payroll integration, at £395 a year excl. VAT.
Realtime does not run payroll or produce payslips.

Most new customers start on Syncro Connect, our web-based system, where HR is available as HR Connect for £1 per employee per month excl. VAT. Realtime suits businesses that need its wider feature set, such as job costing, rotas today or a system hosted on their own server.
