Work through these checks first. They fix most problems in a few minutes.
Is it switched on?
Check the screen is lit and showing the time. If it is blank, check the power supply at the wall.
Is it connected to your network?
Check the network cable is plugged in firmly at both ends, at the clock and at the wall or switch. If anything has changed on your network recently, such as a new router or firewall, tell us.
Restart it
Power the clock off at the wall, wait a few seconds, then power it back on. Do not use the System Reset option in the menu, which returns the clock to factory settings.
On Syncro Connect, check the server settings
In the clock menu, the cloud server settings should show IP address 185.161.27.156 and port 5000. The guides below show where to find them on the S600C, U600C and facial recognition clocks.
Do a test clocking
Clock in on the terminal, then check whether it appears. In Syncro Connect, look in the Clocking Hub. In Realtime, see the guide to clocking information not coming through.
Still not sending?Log a ticket or call 0113 350 9043, and tell us the terminal model and roughly when it last worked. Realtime customers can also follow not receiving clocking information.
