Which clock card fits my machine?

Weekly cards hold one week of clockings and monthly cards hold a month. If your machine is not listed, measure a card you already use and call us.

Clock card machines and time stamps

The S-990 is sold in two packs, with cards and a rack included. It is set up at our Leeds office before it is sent, so it arrives ready to plug in.

Which clock cards do I need?
It depends on the machine. The card finder on this page lists the cards for the S-990, S-210, Seiko QR-550 and Targetmax NT-20A. If your machine is not listed, measure a card you already use, note the make and model of the machine, and call us on 0113 350 9043.
What is the difference between weekly and monthly clock cards?
A weekly card holds one week of clockings, so each person uses a new card every week. A monthly card holds a full month, which means fewer cards to change and file. Use whichever matches how often you work out hours.
Do you sell ribbons for other machines?
The ribbons listed here cover the machines we supply cards for, and the NT-20A ribbon also fits several Seiko, Isgus, Beatron, Time Precision and Lathem models. For anything else, call us with the model number and we will check.
Can I order by phone?
Yes. Call us on 0113 350 9043 and we can take your order and check you have the right card or ribbon. You can also order online from any product on this page.
Do prices include VAT?
