The challenge
Based in North Wales, Wholebake is a fast growing manufacturer of healthy, gluten free snacking products made with natural ingredients. As the business expanded, its existing time and attendance and access control systems were outdated and no longer fit for purpose.
With more than 200 employees across its operating sites, Wholebake needed a provider to install new hardware and supply the software behind it. Two things mattered most: time and attendance management that staff would find easy to use, and access control that kept everyone working in a safe, secure environment.
The solution
After an initial consultation, we recommended an integrated solution combining time and attendance software and access control. The key benefit for Wholebake was complete time and attendance across the board, including absence management.
This meant Wholebake could record employees’ working times with ease through user friendly software, while also gaining clear visibility of absence trends and patterns that could affect the business. Access control was installed across the operating sites to protect staff, visitors and business assets.
Once the new system was in place, we provided in depth training so that everyone understood how it worked and how to get the most from it.
