Step 1: 

• Upon hearing the fire alarm make your way to the evacuation point grabbing your tablet or smart phone.

Step 2: 

• Once at the evacuation point open up the fire roll call app

Step 3: 

• to follow best practice hit the refresh button, you will then see a list of all staff that clocked in or entered a access controlled door.

Step 4: 

• Working down the list call out the names of staff and tick the checked box as you hear a responce.

Option: 

• If you have multiple assembly points or sites you can filter this using the button in the top right called point

Step 5: 

• Once all names have been called out you you will be left with a list of unacounted for staff, you can also cross check this by checking the staff you have allready marked as safe using the view checked button.

Step 1: 

• Download the fire roll call ap on your smartphone or tablet

Step 2: 

• Once you open up the app for the firest time you will be met by this screen

Step 3 Cloud Cutomer: 

• Input the IP & Port Number proved by Computime
• Input your Surname , DOB and Payroll Number as it appears in Realtime
• Set the refresh rate to 1

Step 3 On Prem: 

• Input the IP & Port Number proved by you internal or external IT.
• Input your Surname , DOB and Payroll Number as it appears in Realtime
• Set the refresh rate to 1

Step 4: 

• Click Register
