Role Overview:
As an SDR at Computime Systems, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients and Customers, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, and setting up opportunities for our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in sales while working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and target markets.

  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure sales team efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activities in our CRM.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and messaging.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection with resilience.

  • Ability to research and understand client needs.

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
