The Problem

Based in North Wales, Wholebake is a rapidly growing manufacturer of healthy gluten free snacking products made with natural ingredients.

The company was looking for a time and attendance and access control provider to install hardware to operating sites and provide an accompanying software solution in order to significantly upgrade its existing outdated systems.

With over 200 employees, it was vital to provide a user-friendly solution with time and attendance management, as well as providing an access control solution with would ensure employees had a safe environment to work in.

The Solution

After an initial consultation we recommended an integrated solution of time and attendance and access control. The key benefit for Wholebake was that the solution provided complete time and attendance management across the board, including an absence management solution. This means that not only can Wholebake monitor employees’ working times with ease via its user friendly software, but the business can also have complete visibility into absence trends and patterns which could impact the business.

After installing the new system, we also provided in-depth training to ensure that all employees understood its functionalities and how it operated.

The security of Wholebake is significantly improved thanks to our reliable access control solution which ensures a safe working environment for all workers and guests, as well as protecting business assets.

“We are very pleased with the smooth implementation and installation of the new system. Computime engineers worked very hard to make sure the installation at both sites was completed within the time frame and with minimum disruption to workflow.

We were also delighted with the in-depth training provided by Computime. It meant we were totally comfortable adopting the new system and allowed us to focus on getting production up and running so we could meet supplier demand, keeping our employees safe at work while also ensuring that we were able to continue operating as efficiently as possible.”
