If you have forgot you password, please enter your login ID in the box provided and an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided on registration, detailing your login ID and password
If you see the following message when trying you login: "User has not yet been verified." This means that you are currently being verified by a member of Computime's staff and you will not be able to login until you have been verified. Once you have been verified you will
receive an e-mail detailing further instructions.
If you have not got a login ID, you will need to register your details to gain access to the support section. You can do this by filling in our on-line registration form. Once you have registered you will need to be verified to use the system and you will be notified when you can log into the support section.

Q. I'm having a problem registering
A. If you receive an error whilst registering, please make sure you have entered all the information required (marked with a *) and that the information is in the correct format.
If you still receive an error please can you note down the error message and e-mail it to techsupport@computimeuk.com with a brief description of what you are trying to do and the data you are trying to enter.
If there is a problem with the registration process, it is possible for a member of Computime’s staff to manually register you, but you will need to provide us with all the information on the registration form.
Q. I get the error already username already exists
A. If you see the following message whilst filling in the registration form, “The username, already exists in the system, please enter another username”. This means that another support user has chosen your desired username, so you will need to choose another username for the registration to be successful.
Q. When I try and log in I see the following message:
- Incorrect username or password entered
A. If you are getting this error message, either the username or password entered is incorrect. Please make sure you check that the caps-lock button is not on and re-enter your information. If it still doesn’t let you in please use the “forgot password” section above to retrieve your password.
If you have not registered for support, you will need to do this before you can log in, if you haven’t registered you will receive this message. To register please click here.
- User verification in process. Please check back at a later date
A. If you receive this message, it means that Computime have received your request and currently they are in the process of verifying your login. This process could take some time, due to staff availability so please be patient. When you have been assessed you will receive information on the next steps.
- Sorry your user support has expired. You will need to renew your support contract to gain access to the system

If you receive this message it means that your support contract has expired and you will no longer have access to the system. If you are a TimeVision customer you receive 30 days free support. After this date you will not be allowed access into the support system, unless you have a support contract.
- Sorry your application has been rejected and you have been denied access to the system
A.
If you receive this message it means that you have been assessed and unfortunately you have been denied access to the system. This could be because of one of the following reasons:
- You are not a Computime customer
- Your support contract has expired
- The details you provided cannot be verified against our customer database
- You are a reseller and are trying to register for support (please see the resellers section on the website)
Q. I am not a Computime customer, can I still register for support?
A. No unfortunately, the support section is solely for Computime customers.
If you bought your product from one of our resellers, you will need to contact them directly for support.
Q. I am a reseller can I register for support?
A. No unfortunately, the support section is solely for Computime customers. Although we do supply some support in the resellers section of the website. To gain access to this you will need to register on the resellers section, you can do this by clicking here.
