Returns Procedure

Always speak to our returns department before returning any goods.

All goods must be returned in their original condition and within 7 days of a return reported.

Return numbers must be issued before any goods can be returned.

Only goods with a valid returns number clearly marked on the outer packaging will be accepted.

Where goods are returned for credit they must be returned in the original packaging and be complete.

How To Return your Product

Please have the product serial number and a brief description of the fault ready as you will be asked for this information.

Package the goods in the original packaging and mark the outer box clearly with a Returns Number.

When returning goods it is always advisable to use either registered post or a recognised courier.
